This is my third time renewing my Merlin subscription, and I usually go for the Ultra Plan. I started with the Pro Plan and moved up, mainly for the increased limits and Gemini 1.5 Pro Access. What I appreciate most is the consistency; it always just works. The AI Writer for Gmail has been a godsend for professional replies, and the PDF Chat helps a lot with research papers. Compared to my first purchase, the features have expanded and the interface feels smoother. It's like a reliable colleague now. No complaints about uptime or billing either; it's always been straightforward.

I used the YouTube Summarizer for a long lecture video, and it was brilliant! Saved me so much time. Definitely sticking with this, already told my college friends about it.

Good value, minor glitch

I recently got the Merlin Pro Plan, mostly for the GPT-4 Access. It works well, and the AI Chatbot is handy for quick questions. Delivery of the service (activation) was immediate, which was nice. I found the Chat with Websites feature sometimes a bit slow to load on heavy pages, but overall, it's a solid tool for the price I paid. Worth it for productivity.
